Expanding the Legal definition of anti-Semitism / But why? Who benefits?

Postby Hannover » 3 months 1 week ago (Mon Mar 20, 2017 2:27 am)

Is there a legal definition of being anti-gentile?
No.
So why do we need a legal definition of so called "anti-semitism"?
We don't.
But under the dishonest back door of "hate speech" it's being promoted in a desperate attempt by the traditional enemies of free speech to ban scrutiny of the impossible & laughable 'holocaust' storyline in the US.

The 'holocaust' storyline is one of the most easily debunked narratives ever contrived and that is why those who question it are arrested* and persecuted. That is why Zionist Jewish supremacists demand censorship.

* Free speech on the 'holocaust' narrative is illegal in much of Europe.

Expanding the Legal definition of anti-Semitism.
By David Merlin

One of the more successful stratagems in the battle against historical revisionism is the false claim that Holocaust “denial” is anti-Semitic. This claim is ridiculous for a variety of reasons but the small group of Believer propagandists who came up with the strategy are now working on a similar smear campaign against Palestinian civil-rights groups. The goal is to create a legal definition of anti-Semitism that includes “excessive” criticism of Israeli oppression of Palestinians.

The following two short videos are educational:

Highlights of speech on the subject of "Ten ways the Israel lobby 'moves' America" given by Grant Smith

Highlights of speech on the subject of "Mainstream media coverage of Israel and Palestine" given by Philip Weiss

The Israel Lobby is not the only group that promotes Holocaust propaganda: The story is also useful to a wide range of the political spectrum who promote the guilt of the German "right wing." What is important is the expanding use of the term “anti-Semitic” to stifle free speech.

We're talking about an alleged '6M Jews & 5M others' ... 11,000,000.
There is not a single verifiable excavated enormous mass grave with contents actually SHOWN, not just claimed, (recall the claim of 900,000 buried at Treblinka, 1,250,000 at Auschwitz, or 250,000 at Sobibor) even though Jews claim they still exist and claim to know exactly where these alleged enormous mass graves are.

If it can't happen as alleged, then it didn't.

The whole notion of anti-semitism needs a re-examination. First it is necessary to understand why anti-semitism exists. There are two possible explanations ... first ... a Jewish Rabbi gives the Jewish explanation ..

The Mutating Virus: Understanding Antisemitism

http://rabbisacks.org/mutating-virus-un ... isemitism/

Rabbi Sacks sums it up thusly 'Antisemitism is not about Jews. It is about anti-Semites. It is about people who cannot accept responsibility for their own failures and have instead to blame someone else.'

On the other hand there is the goy explanation, given in this website ..

Understanding Antisemitism

http://www.antisemitism101.com/

Briefly, Jews are awaiting the return of the mashiach (a version of messiah) to return. When he does return he will rebuild the temple in Jerusalem, and lead a Jewish army to conquer an subjugate all the nations of the world. This is will bring about 'The World to Come', in which all non-Jews will serve the Jews and be subject to the seven Noahide laws. The Jews will governed by their own distinct set of laws. The punishment for a goy breaking a Noahide law is usually decapitation.

Given the above, any rational aware goy will be anti-semitic.

And, we haven't even gotten to the holohoax, the most degenerate and destructive hoax in history. I believe every Jew has a special responsibility to expose the hoax, and yet I don't believe you can find 10 out of 16,000,000 that do. Surely any holocaust denier must be anti-semitic.

Trying to defend onself against being called an anti-semite is playing the Jews' game. They will always win. Better to agree that one is an anti-semite and state your own favorite reason. Here is a good one - in Israel the Jews routinely spit on Christians, it's not random acts by miscreants, it's usually done by rabbis or yeshiva students and is religiously mandated and has been going on for 1000 years.

If Holocaust revisionism is anti-Jewish hate speech, can it also be said that Holocaust exterminationism is anti-German hate speech? Or is the border between hate, love and neutrality only determined by the presence or absence of specific influential pressure groups in a given country? Do people realize that only the absence of influential German pressure groups in America and Britain prevents 'Holocaust' propaganda from being labelled as hate speech there?
"But, however the world pretends to divide itself, there are ony two divisions in the world to-day - human beings and Germans. – Rudyard Kipling, The Morning Post (London), June 22, 1915

Which government has adopted this new definition of anti-semitism? The United States government I presume? By whom was the announcement made and where can we see it?

Expanding the reach and definition of 'anti-semitism' is just another way to get increased power and control over us.

In my opinion there are only two reasons for modern anti-semitism. Firstly israel and its actions and secondly the truth about the holocaust lies has now reached critical mass and as such is hurting the zionists and jews in general.

Israel claims that any negative comment about israel is an act of anti-semitism. In other words if one criticises israel for its land theft, or brutality towards Palestinians then one is criticising not just israel but all jews and judaism everywhere on the planet. This is palpable nonsense. But israel tries to play the anti-semitism card as much as possible.

The problem for jews is that though many of them don't believe in zionism and the state of israel they won't say so, or at least very few do. Because the zionists own the mouthpieces of world media they control the message.

It is perfectly reasonable to criticise israel and not hate all jews everywhere.

Overall this is just another way of shutting down the truth about the holocaust being the biggest scam in history.

The gate is closing I fear so we have limited time to get our message across to an even bigger audience.
'Of the four million Jews under Nazi control in WW2, six million died and alas only five million survived.'

King,
Please note that in the OP, and indeed talking about the US, I stated:

There's absolutely nothing wrong with criticizing Jews. Reasons for criticizing Jews are well known & obvious to all who are not willfully blind. And certainly gentiles take their lumps, especially in the Zionist dominated media ... to say the least.

The right to criticize is the very foundation of free speech.

Jews, using the fraudulent 6M, laughably claim that criticizing them will inevitably lead to their extermination.
Classic 'garbage in, garbage out'.

Hence, a primary reason that they market the impossible '6M' is to puts them above criticism. Of course designating themselves as 'The Chosen Ones' helps in that regard as well. That in itself is clearly a Jewish supremacist position.

An article here which is directly related:
Neocons as a Figment of Imagination
http://www.unz.com/pgiraldi/neocons-as- ... agination/
A poignant comment on this article:
To paraphrase Gilad Atzmon: Jewish power is the power to keep the discussion of Jewish power off limits. Doing otherwise is ‘anti-Semitic’! And you’re not ‘anti-Semitic’, are you?

The attempts to legally protect themselves from criticism in fact puts a spotlight on the very wrongs they commit.
While Jews always seek attention*, making criticism of Jews illegal also makes it a 'forbidden fruit' that creates resistance. And once this resistance forms, scrutiny of the impossible 'holocau$t' is not far behind.

* The bride at every wedding, the corpse at every funeral.

The tide is turning.

"One should not ask, how this mass murder was made possible. It was technically possible, because it happened. This has to be the obligatory starting-point for any historical research regarding this topic. We would just like to remind you: There is no debate regarding the existence of the gas chambers, and there can never be one."

- endorsed by 34 "reputable historians" and published in the French daily Le Monde on February 21, 1979

Yes, thanks. I see now that we were looking at different articles. I assumed wrongly that you'd linked to David Merlin's article of yesterday, when you posted, since I'd just read it before I came here:

http://codoh.com/library/document/4320/?lang=en

David states this:
The government is taking fresh steps in the fight against hatred of Jews by formally adopting the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance’s (IHRA) working definition of anti-Semitism.

but doesn't give his source, which is why I asked. Do you know happen to know his source, Hannover?

King:
In your cited Merlin piece at: http://codoh.com/library/document/4320/?lang=en
we see this link which refers to the IHRA definition:
https://www.holocaustremembrance.com/si ... mitism.pdf

And here we go:
https://www.congress.gov/bill/114th-con ... /6208/text
H.R.6208 - Combating European Anti-Semitism Act of 2016
(7) In 2016, the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA), comprised of 31 member countries, adopted a working definition of anti-Semitism which stated: “Anti-Semitism is a certain perception of Jews, which may be expressed as hatred toward Jews. Rhetorical and physical manifestations of anti-Semitism are directed toward Jewish or non-Jewish individuals and/or their property, toward Jewish community institutions and religious facilities.”.

(8) The IHRA further clarified that manifestations of anti-Semitism might also target the State of Israel, conceived of as a Jewish collectivity. Anti-Semitism frequently charges Jews with conspiring to harm humanity, and it is often used to blame Jews for “why things go wrong”. It is expressed in speech, writing, visual forms, and action, and employs sinister stereotypes and negative character traits.

Plus the same in H. R. 672, aka: “Combating European Anti-Semitism Act of 2017”.
https://www.congress.gov/115/bills/hr67 ... r672ih.xml

We also see:
This is the bill that passed the Senate and is now before the House of Representatives."
https://www.congress.gov/bill/114th-con ... ll/10/text
There is no visible reference to the IHRA definition there, but we do see this quote:

--Working Definition of Anti-Semitism by the European Monitoring Center on Racism and Xenophobia
So I also wonder if the IHRA definition was the guide for this so called"European Monitoring Center on Racism and Xenophobia".

Thanks, Hannover. Odd business. An Act of the US Congress that seems mainly concerned with Europe.

Unnecessary to point out in present company, of course, that there's precious little evidence of real anti-Semitic attacks on any significant scale, involving the general public (as opposed to high-profile terrorist attacks) and that the purpose of all this machination is to shut down any open investigation of the Holocaust story.
You have to admire, though, the chutzpah with which they deny and shut down any suggestion of their far-reaching power... by exercise of their far-reaching power!
