Re: Why to heat a morgue?

Considering that this was a work place were medical staff was occasionally practicing and given that it can get pretty chilly in that part of the world, heating or preheating these rooms in winter isn't that far stretched. One may also want to avoid freezing the corpses as this prevents autopsy. Th...

Re: Why to heat a morgue?

Rudolf's explanation is hardly compatible with Bischoff to Topf of 6 March 1943 explicitly mentioning a preheating of the basement. The concept of preheating a basement for something is somewhat different than constantly keeping a basement above freezing point in winter. The second explanation fits ...

Re: IBM and the Holocaust

So I am guessing your theory is that Hitler or Himmler had prisoners executed with no due process. Theory? It is written in the documents. In his order Heydrich explicitly demands the Gestapo to work as quickly as possible in severe cases in order to prevent an investigating judge getting hold of t...

Re: IBM and the Holocaust

So on the one hand we're told gassees were never registered, and the gassings were so secret they didn't even mention them in top secret encrypted radio transmissions (regular deaths were mentioned). But on the other hand we're asked to believe every prisoner killed by gas was entered under the cod...

Re: IBM and the Holocaust

The fact remains that "special treatment" (Sonderbehandlung) means just that: a "special treatment" ("besondere Behandlung"), a treatment that is exeptional, outstanding or extraordinary. It therefore can mean almost anything depending on the context, and this is appar...

Re: IBM and the Holocaust

But I don't see how one can seriously conclude from this document that Sonderbehandlung meant "extrajudicial killing" or even "homicidal". That would already be covered by "Exekution" D4 No, since the emphasis is on "extrajudicial". "Exekution" in t...

Re: IBM and the Holocaust

Holocaustcontroversies also points out that this document was not mentioned in Carlo Mattogno's "Special Treatment in Auschwitz: Origin and Meaning of a Term" and in fact neither a search on vho.org nor ihr.org brought something up, and a search in this forum brought me to this thread. My...

Re: "Liquidation von Juden in Belgrad"

Well, a quick search with google in German books prior 1945 shows 88.000 hits for Liquidation and 25.000 hits for Liquidierung, so I think it is fair to say that Liquidation was a very German word at the time and that Rademacher or his staff may have used it. Also to me Liquidierung is more sounding...

Re: "Liquidation von Juden in Belgrad"

I agree that "Liquidierung" seems to be in Latin, whereas the rest seems to be in some German script. But this doesn't necessarily imply a falsification of the document. Post-war tampering with should have left some traces, so this hypothesis could be checked by looking at the original and...

Re: Horst Mahler has been imprisoned since 600 days

This affair can be put quite simply: since many years, centuries Mahler hates the post-45 Germany and wants to remove it (he was actually a founder of left wing terroristic group RAF). According to actio = reactio, the state is defending itself against political extremists, who want to wipe it out. ...

Re: Great Post at AxisHistory / 10,000 per day convergence

ps, I'm slightly confused that the alleged "crematoria" were supposed to be bakeries. Because I always thought that at least the two smaller alleged "crematoria" were housing the world famous Auschwitz angora rabbit breed. :?:

Re: Great Post at AxisHistory / 10,000 per day convergence

I fail to see what is particular great with this posting. As I already pointed out in this thread more than 8 years ago: Snafu, there are several problems with your post. First of all, I'm convinced that two of your 7 quotations, Höß via Gilbert and Höß via Eichmann, have not spoke[n] about cremator...
