Just came across this: https://eu.ydr.com/story/news/crime/201 ... 681256001/
and I won't be surprised if someone operating behind the scenes had it arranged.
Police charged Rudolf after they found him about 4:06 a.m. on July 2 allegedly exercising at a park in Lower Windsor Township, according to charging documents.
According to Lower Windsor Township Police, Rudolf "did the lewd act of, exercise in a park open to the public with naked from the waist down, when he knew that said act would likely be observed by others who would be affronted or alarmed."
So he knew it would likely be observed by others ... at 4:06 am?
If they don't have photos, the case will be very weak. Even then it seems that it would be a 3rd degree misdemeanor...

Of course nothing is said when gays / lesbians dance around nude at 'Gay Pride' parades.

Police charged Rudolf after they found him about 4:06 a.m. on July 2......
Hannover wrote:IOW, Rudolf was taking an early morning jog, changed into another pair of shorts / pants, adjusted his shirt tail while police were curiously watching him. And this supposedly amounts to "lewd conduct".
The fact that he was allegedly was observed at 4:06 in the morning, when most people are usually sleeping, indicates that Rudolf is being followed in watched with some remarkable effort.
At 4 am? They have him under 24 hour surveilance!
When people talk about how much money have Germany paid to Israel so far, they have to start including these costs as well.
Lets say 2 persons per turn, 3 turns per day (8hours each), thats 6 people.
If we consider they have 2 free days a week then they need (at least) 8/10 persons.
According with http://www.salaryexplorer.com/ the average salary of a Police Officer in Germany is 3.405€
3405€ x10 (police officers) x12 (months) = 408.600€
And im not even including vacations and christmas bonus (i dont know how thous are paid in Germany)
How many of these "dangerous people" do they have under 24 hours surveilance?
We are talking about millions of € per year... damn!
