#NoDenyingIt - "Holocaust survivors" launch "campaign" demanding Jewish CEO of Facebook censor "Holocaust denial"

First, the ADL revealed its plan to censor speech that they hate through economic sabotage. But now, they've trotted out a bunch of senile "survivors" to prattle on about how if someone is allowed to say that Hitler didn't gas the Jews, that means they want to gas the Jews.

The ADL is the greatest threat to free speech in America on many fronts; rights of students to speak out for Palestine rights, censorship of the internet.

This new attack on internet discussion is an exploitation of elderly people which is, for the most part, shameless.
Most GIs fought for Freedom, not blacklisting and censorship. I have discussed with my grandfather and great Uncle (both combat vets.)
Most people who left Europe support American values of free speech and discussion.

Esta Gordon Epstein, Chair of the Board of Directors should be ashamed!

All trotted out on July 30/31.
No collusion here.
These were all spontaneous articles written completely independently to cover one of today's most pressing issues, and not a moment too soon.

"No Denying It" campaign promoted on The TODAY Show

On the US TV talking circuit:

Holocaust survivors call for Facebook to crack down on deniers
Aug. 10, 2020

NBC’s Harry Smith talks to Holocaust survivors working with the Claims Conference's NoDenyingIt campaign as they share their personal stories and speak out about combating Holocaust deniers on social media. They call on Facebook to do more to stop the spread of lies on their platform.

This 4:50 video clip aired on NBC's "Today" show during the 9am EDT hour, Monday August 10, 2020:

If you manage to watch the whole thing, you'll see the anchors' banter at the end of the Holocaust puff-piece:

  • NBC journalist Harry Smith (b.1951): "Something needs to be done." (Smith produced this mini-documentary and narrated it, and is talking to them live).
  • (co-host) Sheinelle Jones (b.1978): "It is so important their their stories." (Harry Smith responds: "No question.")
  • (co-host) Dylan Dreyer (b.1981): "Hopefully something comes of this -- for sure."

Note that none of these three people is Jewish, nor is the fourth anchor who chimes in with moral support but who I cannot identify (a Black man). Behind-camera people who got this produced and on the air might be Jewish, but the talking heads selling the product aren't.

On the role of Harry Smith here and "Harry Smith types" far and wide across the West and in particular in the USA:

I get the feeling that Harry Smith is a true-believer who clings to the Good War myth (no doubt his father was a US military veteran called up during the war; I can imagine him saying "my father was in the military when they liberated the camps" even if his father was in Okinawa). I get the feeling that even if Harry Smith discovered 100%-proof that the Holocaust was not true, he'd still push it because it's too important to his own core identity, despite his being a White-Christian.
