Thanks for this information. It's good to see the reactions on their tweets. A big majority supports Haverbeck's right to free speech and about half agree with her. It also got people to think she might be right and start their own research.

Who would have thought imprisoning a 88 year old lady for thoughtcrime would backfire? As one person nicely put it: "They don't jail for lies. They jail for truth."

Many may believe in the orthodox Holocaust narrative, but the majority will still be at odds with persecuting Revisionists in any way, just because they don't share that believe and make this disbelief publicly known. So it's a good starting block to get people engaged into looking themselves into Revisionism.

Once they find the jailing of Revisionists outrageous, they soon will be open to arguments on what's wrong with the Holocaust. I can imagine that this was anyway one path why many got curious about Revisionism in the first place.

I recall having seen some videos circulating on facebook that deal with Ursula Haverbeck's case. Seems a lot of people agree with her (of those commenting). But there are also angry responses.

She has a thread on Skeptics:

They call her "Nazi granny" (incredibly disrespectful!!!!) but several of them, Balmoral95, Jeffk 1970, Balsamo and Statistical Mechanic seem to share our distaste over this, including over HD laws.

I think Balsamo may also be a user here.

To call her "Nazi Granny" shows that they aren't into serious investigation of issue and also not debate. It's a spitting contest.

Holocaust denier Ursula Haverbeck, 88, on trial again for denying Nazi atrocities

Serial Holocaust denier Ursula Haverbeck is standing another trial in Berlin for denying the Nazis' extermination of Jews. Haverbeck insists the Holocaust is "the biggest and most sustained lie in history."

16.10.2017

The 88-year-old Ursula Haverbeck, who has several previous convictions all related to Holocaust denial, is accused of once again denying the mass murder of millions of Jews during Nazi Germany, this time during an event in Berlin on January 30, 2016.

Haverbeck will also stand trial in the western town of Detmold again on November 23. She had appealed two verdicts by a Detmold court, handed down for incitement to hatred after she sent a letter to Detmold's mayor and various media, in which she refutes the genocide of Jews between 1941 and 1945.

Defiant pamphlets

At the Detmold trial earlier this year, she defiantly handed out a pamphlet titled "Only the truth will set you free" to journalists as well as the judge and the prosecutor. In it, she again denies the Nazi atrocities.

Haverbeck and her late husband Werner Georg Haverbeck, who was an active NSDAP member in the run-up to and during World War II, founded a right-wing education center called Collegium Humanum, which has been banned since 2008.

She has written for the right-wing magazine Stimme des Reiches (Voice of the Empire), in which she also denied the existence of the Holocaust.

Haverbeck: 'Auschwitz lie'

In August, she was sentenced to two years in prison as a consequence. At the trial, she spoke of an "Auschwitz lie," claiming it was not an extermination camp, but merely a labor camp.

She has also filed charges against Germany's Central Council of Jews for "prosecuting innocent people."

Under German law, incitement to hatred is a criminal offense often applied to individuals who deny or trivialize the Holocaust.

It carries a sentence of between three months to five years in prison. Haverbeck has not served her sentences as she has appealed all of the verdicts, with hearings ongoing.

Ursula Haverbeck was in court on Thursday, November 23, 2017.

The verdict wasn't pronounced, but She will be back in court on the 29th.

Google Translate:

November 23, 2017 Detmold district court 12:30 am - Proceedings against Ursula Haverbeck for § 130 racial incitement.

Process report by Gerlinde Liedl:

Fulminant opening speech by Mrs. Haverbeck in court.

She demands the restoration of the rule of law by abolishing § 130!
She also demands the liberation of the judiciary from the grip of the FRG policy. She thanked the judge for reading her true to the original statements on Auschwitz and the subject of the Holocaust as the subject of the indictment. (These comments are heard by all viewers, whether pro or contra.)

Hall is full of 70-80 people, this time a big hall. When Frau Haverbeck arrived, everyone rose from their seats and clapped frantically, then twice again during Her remarks

The heroine is also charged with distributing the transcript and conclusion of her last trial for the public to hear. Even the subject matter of the process should not be noticed by the public, even though it was a public trial.

The court found that there were about 10 copies. Mrs. Haverbeck with loud laughter: "Unfortunately I did not have any more!" Gerne would have distributed more so that "people would not have to drive home stupidly".

Next she said: "The German people and the world have a right to know what really happened!"

§ 130 and the beautiful word of "obviousness" are far from sufficient.
Evidence should be on the table!

Her lawyers say that they do not represent Ms. Haverbeck's views (they have to distance themselves, otherwise they are themselves), but they demand an argument with Ms Haberbeck's arguments, that is what she has demanded, and that is why the demand for debate is neither sedition nor public also not suitable to disturb the public peace.

The defense therefore demands acquittal and the annulment of all previous judgments.

Graduation Peter R. Fröhlich:

At around 7 pm, the proceedings are adjourned because the judges deliberately rethink what they have said and do not want to pronounce a verdict today around midnight. The verdict is likely then on Wednesday at 14 clock instead. The verdict has been postponed and pending until today (Sat 25.11.2017).

Ursula Haverbeck became 89 years old on the 8th of November - so she is in her 90th year !!
Maybe, just maybe, they believe what they are telling you about the 'holocaust', but maybe, just maybe, their contempt for your intelligence and your character is beyond anything you could ever have imagined. -- Bradley Smith

The German government cannot under any circumstances give- it must under the most autocratic principles possible, in light of the utter draconian absurdity of their position here- find her guilty.

Europe's best daughter! And a bastion for free speech around the world. Sadly not many will ever know it.

'Nazi Grandma' loses appeal case, sentenced to 14 months in prison for Holocaust denial

Ursula Haverbeck, often dubbed the "Nazi Grandma" in the German press, has been sentenced to 14 months in prison for incitement of racial hatred. Haverbeck has been handed several jail terms but has yet to be jailed.

28.11.2017

A German court in Detmold has sentenced Holocaust denier Ursula Haverbeck to 14 months in prison, after the 89-year-old woman lost her appeal to a prior conviction on Tuesday. However, four months were shaved off her original conviction of 18 months. Prosecutors wanted the sentence upheld, Haverbeck's lawyers were seeking exoneration.

The Detmold court had initially sentenced Haverbeck to eight months imprisonment in September 2016, after she sent a letter to the town's mayor, Rainer Heller, claiming that Auschwitz was not a concentration camp.

Following the trial, the octogenarian handed out pamphlets to journalists, as well as the judge and prosecutor, entitled "Only the truth will set you free," in which she once again denied the Nazi atrocities. Haverbeck was handed an additional 10-month sentence for the stunt.

Under German law, denying the Holocaust — in which 6 million Jews were murdered by the Nazis between 1941 and 1945 — constitutes incitement of racial hatred and can carry a prison sentence of up to five years.

Haverbeck and her late husband Werner Georg Haverbeck, who was an active member of the Nazi party in the run-up to and during the Second World War, founded a right-wing education center called Collegium Humanum, which has been banned since 2008. She has also written for the right-wing magazine Stimme des Reiches (Voice of the Empire), which she also used to express her views that the Holocaust never took place.

Time still to serve

Haverbeck, from the German town of Vlotho near Bielefeld, has been sentenced for similar charges on five other occasions. The most recent, in October, saw her sentenced to six months in prison by a district court in Berlin for incitement of racial hatred after she claimed at a public event that the gas chambers and Auschwitz concentration camp "were not real."

In August she was handed a two-year sentence by a regional court in Lower Saxony.

Haverbeck has appealed the rulings passed down against her and proceedings in each other case remains ongoing. Haverbeck claims she has been merely been repeating an opinion.

This Tuesday's appeal verdict is not final, either. Haverbeck's lawyers intend to take the case to the Higher Regional Court in the town of Hamm, their last chance to challenge the sentence.

How about posting an address where we can send Ursula Haverbeck a Christmas card? How about doing this for every Thought Criminal, like Ursula, currently incarcerated in a European prison for Holo- heresy? Why not even create an entire new thread where this information can be shared and updated?
