Ursula Haverbeck Sentenced to 11 Months

Ursula Haverbeck has been sentenced to 11 months in prison today, October 11, 2016.

Vlotho Holocaustress Ursula Haverbeck has been imprisoned for 11 months.
The Bad Oeynhausen District Court sentenced her at midday for incitement.

The 87-year-old had published several articles on her website in which she denied the murder of six million Jews. A probation penalty was no longer a question for the judge. Too often, Haverbeck had now been distributed because of incitement to the people. Nevertheless, she continues to deny the Holocaust, knowing exactly what she is saying.

Dozens of supporters of the right-wing extremists have accompanied the process, and in doing so they have been partly involved. A visitor was even arrested because he had shown the middle finger to the judge. During the reasoning, there were also several interviews, while the judge was also lamented as a liar.

The verdict has not yet been finalized, Haverbeck can still proceed against it.
Maybe, just maybe, they believe what they are telling you about the 'holocaust', but maybe, just maybe, their contempt for your intelligence and your character is beyond anything you could ever have imagined. -- Bradley Smith

How can Haverbeck even appeal, given her history (i.e. she has a long track record of revisionist activism) and in a country that doesnt have free speech in the first place?

Are appeals not allowed for those who advocate free speech in Germany?
Has she been convicted of Thought Crimes previously?

Rogal Dorn, as an aside, do you believe the Germans 'exterminated' millions of Jews?
Do you believe in the alleged 'Nazi homicidal gas chambers'?

"Alone the fact that one may not question the Jewish "holocaust" and that Jewish pressure has inflicted laws on democratic societies to prevent questions—while incessant promotion and indoctrination of the same averredly incontestable ‘holocaust’ occur—gives the game away. It proves that it must be a lie. Why else would one not be allowed to question it? Because it might offend the "survivors"? Because it "dishonors the dead"? Hardly sufficient reason to outlaw discussion. No, because the exposure of this leading lie might precipitate questions about so many other lies and cause the whole ramshackle fabrication to crumble."

How sad. How despicable. Sentencing a little old lady to 11 mon the for merely speaking her mind about history. She has been convicted of heresy in the year 2016. This is madness. The German government is despicable. It is of course an occupied government still, as is the American government, truthfully. I hope they do not kill her while in prison.

Wait was Ursula sentenced to jail in November of 2015 to a 10 month term or was she just sentenced in October 2016 to an 11 month term? Or was her sentence extended? I see a DM article from Nov 2015 saying she was sentenced to 10 months in jail.

If anyone knows then please advise. Thx.

A friend of mine made it very clear:

The next trial of Ursula Haverbeck is taking place on November 21, at Verden (Aller), Germany.
Contrary to what many news sites are claiming she is still not in prison.
She was sentenced to 10 months without parole at the trial at Hamburg in November last year, to 8 months without parole at Detmold in September this year and to 10 months without parole at Bad Oeynhausen in October this year so far, however she appealed the verdicts every time.
The decisions/trials in regards to her appeals are still pending.

I hope it made it more clear for you, too.

<?php if ($Holocaust == false ) {deny_repeatedly(); } else { investigate(); } ?>
