NYC: Jewish Thugs Terrorize 92-Year-Old War Veteran Outside His House - No Police in Sight

https://bbs.dailystormer.com/t/nyc-jewi ... ght/101960

Here's an interesting story which was new to me and I don't think has been covered here on this Forum.

Every year, Queens Jewry leads a mob of hooligans to a quiet residential street to threaten and intimidate a 92-year-old World War II veteran. Somehow, the NYPD allows this harassment to happen, even though they break numerous local ordinances (such as the use of the megaphone, blocking the sidewalk, harassment/stalking, etc.) Well, not somehow - the law just doesn't apply to Jewish criminals.

The target of this terror is Jakiw Palij, a man who has never been charged with any specific war crimes, even under the very "lax" precedent established at Nuremberg. He worked as a guard at Treblinka, and for this alone was stripped of his US citizenship by a judge in 2004. He was ordered deported (apparently NYC is only a sanctuary city for Mexican rapists), but no country will take him, so he is suffering his final years in a horrifying limbo.

For more info take a read of the (((New York Times))) from 2003 here -
http://www.nytimes.com/2003/11/21/nyreg ... ities.html

It's the usual story of intimidation and bullying by the jewish ZioNazis who get someone in their grubby little hands as a convenient victim to be abused and accused of non existent crimes. Then they push and push and push despite breaking the law, which they are allowed to do by the local Plod department.

The (((Jew York Times))) went on to say this
Now, the Polish-born Mr. Palij, who immigrated as a war refugee in 1949, is being pursued by federal investigators who say he was a Nazi guard who was complicit in some of the worst atrocities of the Holocaust.

In July, a federal judge stripped him of his American citizenship, setting up his deportation.

And on Wednesday federal officials announced they would begin proceedings to deport Mr. Palij (pronounced PAH-lee), ''based on his participation in the persecution of Jewish civilians.''

The officials, from the federal Justice Department, say Mr. Palij, 80, worked at the notorious Treblinka death camp in Nazi-occupied Poland during 1943, when some 6,000 Jews were killed and buried in pits. They say he also worked at the nearby Trawniki training camps for secret service troops trained to carry out the extermination of Polish Jews.

Frankly this sort of behaviour disgusts me but The Daily Stormer readers are planning to protect this guy at next year's ZioNazi bullying fest outside his home.

This man's place of residence alone is a revisionist argument and shows there was no extermination camp at Treblinka during WW2. What butcher of Jews would choose to live in Jew York city? What's next? General Philip Sheridan choosing to live in an Indian reservation???

I am wondering the same. And this old man is Polish, not Ukranian which are claimed to have been guarding e.g. Treblinka and Sobibor.
There is quite interesting mistake in the article that jumped into my eyes:

As many of us know, Trawniki is not near Treblinka but it's near Lublin/Majdanek.

Morris Venezia: Of course I was every day over there.
Carol Stulberg: Can you describe to us what it looked like?
Morris Venezia: It’s nothing to describe

The ambiguity between Polish and Ukrainian is not particularly surprising given the geography of the time and that Eastern Poland contained many Ukrainians and part of that Eastern Polish area was annexed to Ukraine after the Soviet occupation and is Ukrainian today.

They deported him to Germany now:
The US government has finally been allowed to deport former Nazi concentration camp guard Jakiv Palij, thanks to a special German government dispensation.

The 94-year-old Polish-born Palij arrived in a military airplane at Düsseldorf Airport on Tuesday morning. The Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ) newspaper reported that he was taken by ambulance to a nursing home in the Münsterland region.

The move comes a day after German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas visited the former Auschwitz death camp in Poland. Maas said Palij's deportation "sends a clear signal of Germany's moral responsibility," according to a Foreign Ministry statement sent to DW.

The Palij case has been the subject of complex legal and diplomatic negotiations between the US and German governments for decades. Born in Poland in 1923, he was trained by the SS in the Trawniki concentration camp in southeastern Nazi-occupied Poland in 1941. So-called "Trawniki men" went on to participate in the Holocaust as guards in Belzec, Sobibor, and Treblinka concentration camps.

Trawniki men

Palij, who was never a German citizen, emigrated to the US as a war refugee in 1949 and became a naturalized citizen in 1957. But in 2003, a federal judge in New York stripped him of his citizenship on the grounds that he had concealed his service at an SS slave-labor camp.

A deportation order was issued in 2004, but he was never deported, even though, according to the German Foreign Ministry, "The US has constantly been urgently demanding Palij's return to Germany. US administrators, senators, congressmen, and representatives of the Jewish communities in the USA emphasize that people who served the criminal NS regime should not spend the twilight of their lives in the country of their choice, the USA."

The US Embassy credited Ambassador Richard Grenell with breaking the impasse, saying that President Donald Trump and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo had asked him "to make Palij's removal from the US a top priority."

"Ambassador Grenell's persistence in raising awareness about the case with every senior official he met sparked action by the new German government officials," the embassy said in a statement. "The decision to allow Palij to return to Germany was because of the political will and strong commitment of several members of the chancellor's team, as well as Ministers Maas and Seehofer. We are grateful to them for helping bring another step towards closure for the victims of the Holocaust and their families."

Legal complications

According to the FAZ, the German Interior Ministry issued a decree to allow Palij's entry based on a special dispensation of its residency law allowing a foreign national to enter the country "to preserve the political interests of the Federal Republic of Germany" or for "international legal reasons."

Palij lived in this house in Queens, New York

But what happens to Palij now remains far from clear. Jens Rommel, the German state prosecutor who heads Germany's only "Nazi hunter" office – officially known as the Central Office of the Land Judicial Authorities for the Investigation of National Socialist Crimes – said that the evidence against Palij was not strong, and no charges against him had been issued.

Rommel said that the fact that Palij had been trained in Trawniki was not necessarily enough evidence to bring him to trial. He told DW that German prosecutors would need either evidence of direct participation in murder, or evidence that he had worked in a concentration camp, in which case he could be charged with accessory to murder.

But the US seems to have established Palij's role in 2003. A US Justice Department statement from that year noted that the New York judge said "that on November 3 and 4, 1943, 'in a brutal spate of killing,' other units 'slaughtered Trawniki's entire inmate population' of some 6,000 Jewish civilians.'"

"Judge Ross also found that by March 1944 Palij was serving in the Deployment Company, a unit that perpetrated numerous atrocities against Polish civilians and others," the DOJ statement said. "When Palij applied for an immigration visa to the United States in 1949, the judge held, he falsely claimed that he worked on his father's farm and then in Germany during the period when he was actually in Nazi service."

Of course there is zero evidence against him as well. But guilt is assumed with some sort of circular reasoning:
1. "He was part of a unit that committed several atrocities, hence he's a war criminal".
2. How do we know 1. = "Members of the unit were war criminals" / To know that go back to 1.

To support that, they will go to Allied reports of the time, which then form part of judicial notice. Hence the basis is innuendo, propaganda and repetition of the same thing over and over again, so people believe it. After all, they wouldn't lie that often, would day?

SIX thousand, of course.
Yet there are no remains to be shown, after all, they claim to know where they are.

That's small beer compared to the alleged 900,000 total that are said to buried at Treblinka here:

Image

The Los Angeles Coliseum holds ca. 'only' 90,000, but according to Jews, 900,000 Jews were allegedly murdered & buried at Treblinka, which would necessarily have left unimaginable amounts of human remains. In fact, Jews claim those remains still exist under the above pile of rocks . That claim equals 10 times the Los Angeles Coliseum capacity shown here:

Image

There are no such remains

It is captioned: “crane lifting corpses destined for cremation”.
Does anyone see any “corpses”?

This is too easy. The more they talk the worse it becomes for their hateful scam.

Revisionists are just the messengers, the absurd impossibility of the 'holocaust' storyline is the message.
If it can't happen as alleged, then it didn't.

According to https://nypost.com/2018/08/21/holocaust ... d-ex-nazi/

When Jakiw Palij and his wife moved into their two-story red-brick home just off Northern Boulevard in Jackson Heights in 1966, he appeared to be like any other middle-aged Queens immigrant.

But the son of the couple who sold Palij the home told The Post on Tuesday that if his late dad, a Holocaust survivor, had known of the buyer’s World War II past, “I don’t think [Palij] would have gotten out of that house alive.”

Palij, who obtained US citizenship in 1949 under false pretenses, was a former Nazi collaborator who stood guard at the Trawniki concentration camp in Poland, where some 6,000 Jews were shot to death, their bodies burned, in one of the largest single massacres of the Holocaust, according to US officials.

And the couple from whom Palij bought his home were Holocaust survivors.

“They would have been horrified,’’ their son said.”

So according to this article, the home was sold to him by 'holocaust survivors' Several problems with this include:

1. What are their names? This articles conveniently leaves that out.

2. Which camp are they supposedly the survivors of?

3. Don't you actually need a holocaust to be a holocaust survivor?

No doubt people who claimed to survive the holocaust might of actually sold him his home, but anyone at that time could claim to be a holocaust survivor. It's not trademarked.
If your beliefs cannot stand up to your own sincere scrutiny and skeptical evaluation, they are not worth having.

92-year-old claimed Treblinka operative deported to Germany

Is it possible that the Trump administration pulled this disgraceful stunt because of domestic political pressure? (The many people who come close to calling President Trump a Nazi-sympathizer.)

That's perfectly possible, sacrificing a pawn to satisfy the Jewish lobby and deflecting from ever hurled "Nazi-accusations". In fact there is some good evidence for this: http://www.occidentaldissent.com/2018/0 ... -old-nazi/

Jakiw Palij has died meanwhile:
Jakiw Palij: Nazi guard deported by US dies in Germany
10 January 2019
Jakiw Palij pictured in his 1949 US visa photo
A former Nazi collaborator who served as a labour-camp guard in World War Two has died in Germany aged 95, local media report.
Jakiw Palij, who was thought to be the last Nazi collaborator living in the US, was deported to Germany last year after a lengthy legal battle.
Palij had been stateless since 2003 when a federal judge revoked his US citizenship over his Nazi links.
Reports say he died in a home for the elderly in the town of Ahlen.
Before his deportation, the former guard lived in the Queens borough of New York City.
His presence there, in a particularly diverse borough, became a point of contention when his past emerged.
His home was often picketed by protestors demanding his expulsion.
Palij's deportation case was resolved last year when Germany agreed to take him in - despite him not possessing German citizenship.
In August, the 95-year-old was taken from his home in a wheelchair and flown to Düsseldorf.
At the time Richard Grenell, the US ambassador to Germany, praised President Trump's leadership in helping to resolve the protracted legal dispute.

What was he accused of?
Palij is believed to have been born in 1923, in an area of Poland that is now in Ukraine.
US authorities alleged he was trained in 1941 by Nazis to work at Trawniki - a camp in German-occupied Poland.
The thousands who trained there became known as Trawniki men - tasked with rounding up Jewish civilians from Poland and staffing killing centres at Sobibor, Treblinka and Belzec.
https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-46828006

Jakiw Palij actually denied the charges:

Although I think he bends over too much there as well.

Real mass murder supporting Zionist thugs just can't handle that he refused to admit doing anything wrong.

It's claimed that ca. 900,000 Jews were killed and buried at Treblinka, and the alleged remains of that alleged 900,000 are claimed to exist in enormous mass graves, which do not exist.

A perfect example of the fraud that is the so called "holocaust".
