She didn't say explicitly Auschwitz there. And just before that she said she "was taken by cattle car to Germany".

Anyway lots of other canard there, like "10.000 people taken to the crematorium" implying they were gassed. Of course she also met Dr. Mengele.

Lots of brainwashed comments there as well.

Betty Feit is her name.

I've never seen that many edits in a testimony before. Who knows what she really said.

5:47: "next morning we were marched into C lager" Did Auschwitz have a "C Lager"?

5:55: "and we seen the dead bodies that they'd shot the night before still on the street." I've never heard of any alleged eyewitness say they shot bodies on the street in Auschwitz. Nor left them for a night and marched other Jews in to look.

6:09: "and one day the kapo from the block grabbed me by my neck and pulled me out....wind up in the chimney just like my mother and father" --The subtitle is mistaking, calling it "the couple" instead of "the kapo" by the way, but mention this quote because she tells the chimney story like so many other lying witnesses. She's just mixing a hodgepodge of the lore of Auschwitz and attributing it to her own experiences.

....

"C-Lager" is mentioned by others as well:
I stepped over the wire, went inside, grabbed her and wrapped her in a blanket. There was bedlam inside the barracks of the condemned. People were screaming and crying, and the guards were busy trying to maintain order. Luckily, there were no guards outside. We crawled back to C Lager.

Here somebody elaborates on the various assignations of segments of the Auschwitz Birkenau and their (supposed) purposes:
In response to Marta Fuchs Winik's query:
Birkenau was divided into three main sections. BI
(to the left of the railway tracks as viewed in maps
and aerial photographs) was the women's camp (Frauenlager),
divided into two compounds (BIa and Bib). BII, to the
right of the tracks, was divided into 7 compounds
(BIIa - BIIg) that served various purposes. BIII, at
the extreme right, was "Mexico", a holding compound for
people who were going to be gassed.

The "C" lager was compound BIIc. Here is the description
from the Auschwitz State Museum website
(www.auschwitz-muzeum.oswiecim.pl ):

"There was a holding camp (Durchgangslager) here,
mostly for Jewish women from Hungary who had been
selected by the SS on the ramp as strong and capable
of working, from May to November, 1944. These women,
never registered in the camp records, were subsequently
shipped to concentration camps in the depths of
Germany. In October 1944, Jewish women from the
liquidated Camp BIII were also placed
here."

The website supplies similar descriptions of all the
other compounds. Briefly:

The "A" lager or BIIa was the "quarantine camp".
where newly inducted prisoners were held.

BIIb was the Theresienstadt "family camp"
and was added to the women's camp after
the Jews from Theresienstadt were killed.

BIId - the men's camp,
BIIe - the Zigeunerlager
BIIf - the "Krankenbau"
BIIg - "Canada".

Quarantine is a keyword one barely hears in the official Auschwitz narrative, yet it is mentioned often in the records:

A pleasure to be of assistance.

Unfortunately this is mostly from secondary sources as well. This again stresses the need for an Auschwitz source book displaying all available source documents relating to Auschwitz. It would be of general use to any side of the debate. Which is why I wonder, why it doesn't already exist.
