Alleged Iraq mass graves can't be found. Sound familiar?

Postby Hannover » 1 decade 5 years ago (Sat Nov 06, 2004 3:07 am)

The claimed Iraq 'weapons of mass destruction' are a fraud just as the 'Nazi gas chambers' are a fraud.

Same stories, same origins.

Now we have alleged mass graves of Saddam Hussein's victims proving to be another fraudulent claim just like the nowhere-to-be-found mass graves allegedly created by the evil Germans in WWII.

Same stories, same origins.

In my note to you, I suggested you look into the long-held conventional wisdom that Saddam Hussein committed genocide, a view largely propagated by Human Rights Watch. The organization estimated that as many as 290,000 Iraqis were killed by Saddam during his reign, with 100,000 Kurds slaughtered in 1988, in the last months of the Iran/Iraq war. Prime Minister Tony Blair at one point said as many as 400,000 Iraqis had been killed by Saddam's regime.

Now that the election is over, maybe you will have more time to devote to this exercise. You should at least give a call to Dr. Stephen Pelletiere, the retired CIA analyst who has never believed in the genocide stories, but has awaited the report of Human Rights Watch to see what it has found. After reading the report in its entirety, he told me they had, as he expected, come up empty:

"This claim of HRW that they haven't got evidence that will stand up, because the graves have been compromised, overlooks one key fact: they were claiming that the Ba'ath killed hundreds of thousands. If these graves really contained all the bodies they're supposed to contain, the numbers of dead alone would convict the Ba'ath. If you read the report, they say over and over again they 'believe' such-and-such a grave actually contains thousands of bodies; but all they've been able to find is a few score (at best). I think that's what gives the scam away. They can't produce the hundreds of thousands, or even the tens of thousands they promised they would."

I've tried to get lots and lots of reporters interested in the story, David, but in every case they have a reason why they just can't do it at this time.
If it can't happen as alleged, then it didn't.

I followed the reports and claims pretty closely. Hundreds here, thousands there were said to have been found. The only thing ever shown was a couple of bodies. It all came, it shouted, it faded away. Interesting thing, or revealing, is it was always the "Human Rights Watch" organization that was involved with the reports as the ones with people in the field witnessing the alleged discoveries. This same "Human Rights Watch" was the one reporting on alleged mass exterminations in Serbia.

"Human Rights Watch"? Just another trick by our usual.

"HRW", "Helsinki Watch" etc.
Funded by George Sorros and other well-to -do (jewish) gentlemen,
eager to create 'open societies'!

Since the national democratic parties were supplanted by 'human rights'
NGO's in the political arena,
we can be assured, that there is nothing but outright dictatorship ahead of us.
You can't just replace democracy with 'human rights'.
It's a world apart.
Qui bono?
Us?
Don't think so.

Another fine example of some of the propaganda that was being floated during the run up to war was when the media Jews endlessly claimed Saddam had gassed 5,000 of his own people at Halabjah in March 1988 -- Yet when one bothered to review this CIA 2002 WMD Report we find that the casualties were actually believed to be in "the hundreds", and that it was the Iranians who were probably doing the gassing --

Used to drive me batty --

Is a little fact checking is too much to ask from "our" media?

Saddam Hussein's shark pools and his "gas chambers for all Jews" were also some hum-dingers --

Dogs eating the dead in Fallujah

Postby The_Skunk » 1 decade 5 years ago (Tue Nov 16, 2004 11:52 am)

The military stopped the Red Crescent at the gates of the city and is not allowing them in. They allowed some bodies to be buried, but others are being eaten by dogs and cats in the streets, as reported by refugees just out of the city, as well as residents still trapped there.

The military said it saw no need for the IRC to deliver aid to people inside Fallujah because it did not think any civilians were still inside the city.

Contradicting this claim, along with virtually every aid worker, refugee, and resident of Fallujah, was U.S. Marine Col. Mike Shupp, who said, "There is no need to bring [Red Crescent] supplies in because we have supplies of our own for the people."
