Has this feature been shut off or did I accidentally shut if off myself. If the latter how do I turn it back on?

I have never seen this thread before, I apologise for that. If I have noticed this problem myself, it would have been solved long time ago. But I don’t use Bill’s products.
This software as you may know, is provided as an open source, we can do anything with it, as long we keep the copyright intact. And believe me, we have.
So to start the troubleshooting, what browsers are you using?
