EU Constitution mandates jailing all Holocaust deniers

Postby theTRUTH » 1 decade 4 years ago (Tue May 31, 2005 11:08 pm)

If the EU Constitution passes, Holocaust deniers will be charged under German laws by all signing states, and the EU will then try to persuade the U.S., Canada, and all other countries to ship Holocaust deniers for automatic conviction and 5 to 10 years in jail.
TITLE III: INTERNAL POLICIES AND ACTION
Chapter IV: Area of freedom, security and justice
Section 1: Article III-158

3. The Union shall endeavour to ensure a high level of security by measures to prevent and combat crime, racism and xenophobia, and measures for coordination and cooperation between police and judicial authorities and other competent authorities, as well as by the mutual recognition of judgments in criminal matters and, if necessary, the approximation of criminal laws.

Are you sure? Your quote doesn't really support the scenario you put forth. Your scenario being very specific and your quote very vague.

I'm not sure if this is the clause in the EU constitution that could be used against Revisionists, but it makes sense that it would. Similar laws in individual countries have indeed been interpreted to allow imprisonment of anyone who scrutinizes the 'holocau$t' stories.

Afterall, the only period in history in which acceptance of absurd dogma is mandated is this period. That fact alone screams fraud.
It is error that needs protection of government, truth can stand on it's own.

- Thomas Jefferson

France deserves a great deal of credit for rejecting the culture erasing, legislation without elected representation, Thought Policing, EU Constitution. Now they need to work on the domestic front. Change is in the wind.

Not to go into an in depth debate on the EU Constitution, but here is a quickie overview. You gotta love this dumb excerpt:
Moreover, the little debate that is actually taking place is heavily skewed in favor of the "yes" camp. Brussels and most of the national governments lavish taxpayer Euros on "information campaigns" designed to bolster the case for the Constitution. In those rare cases when the "yes" campaign encounters serious opposition, Brussels resorts to issuing outrageous threats. While visiting the Czech city of Terezin, which used to be a site of a Nazi concentration camp during the World War II, the vice-president of the EU Commission Margot Wallstrom, linked the possible rejection of the Constitution to the return of the Holocaust. As she said, "They [opponents of the Constitution] want the European Union to go back to the old purely inter-governmental way of doing things. I say those people should come to Terezin and see where that old road leads."

How pathetic. You can't make this stuff up.

I think the quoted language is very dangerous. The mutual recognition of criminal laws for example might require Britain, which does not yet have a German-type thought control legal regime, to recognize a German Star Chamber judgment against, say, David Irving, and hand him over to the Germans for imprisonment.

At the very least it calls for action to make such laws universal in the Community.

Vive la France! And the Netherlands and...! It looks as though this thing is going down the tubes.

I have been warning you since at least a year ago.

The European pseudo- constitution is dead.

Hail to the French and Dutch people!

Today, the German government decided to enact laws to expand the use of genetic fingerprints by the police. When the law is passed, the police will be enabled to use DNS fingerprints without judicial permission and also for lesser crimes (like "propaganda crimes", maybe?).

One of the promoters of the law is Brigitte Zypries, who for some reason nobody seems to know is Germany's minister of justice.

Image

This person has a history: This year she proposed a law that would have criminalized the "denial" of any genocide that international courts think to have happened. She failed for this time, but the rules for what is to count as incitement under the infamous §130 of German penal law have been made stricter. Now "making the NS-regime look harmless" can be punished with prison. (This is a typical Gummiparagraph ["rubber paragraph"] which allows arbitrary decisions against political enemies because nobody really knows where making look harmless begins or ends; ironically, "rubber paragraphs" are supposedly characteristic of Nazi-law.)

Revisionism is on the rise in the internet. The future will show if Germany and the EU will respond by turning into an (even more) Orwellian police state. In Germany, demands have been put forth to ban certain foreign web sites (guess which), and it may very well come to this.

I'll be somewhere else by that time.

Germans are getting fed up being treated by their politicians like children in a kindergarden.

Here is an attempt by Germans to stop censoring the Internet in Germany, in English:

An assault on our freedom

In order to understand what has happened in Germany since the war and what is happening in Germany now you must understand that Germany is an occupied country. Perhaps Quisling is too strong a word to use to describe their government so I will just settle for occupied - actually so is Japan. Since the end of the war every effort has been made to destroy German pride . However when we consider the original Morganthau Plan to starve to death 20 million Germans and send the entire country back to the pre industrial age, I suppose things could be much worse.

To understand how this all came to be one should read Benjamin Freedman. He had some interesting things to say.
You can fool too many of the people most of the time.

The Jews only weapon is to silence people who know the truth, but they can't silence us all...the holyhoax has been proven fake, and we will let everyone know the nature of this lie.

The laws against holocaust denial are covered in the catchall "racism and xenophobia" section of EU laws.

The UK has signed up to this law but will not prosecute anyone under this law because no such similar laws exist within the British legal system, yet.

Under the EU constitution, I could have been prosecuted in my country for
breaking a law of another EU country.
ie; I could have been prosecuted in my country on breaching the Gaissot-
Fabious law that got the French Revisionists thrown into jail.
Or worse, I could be indicted under German laws, which are even more idiotic.

Instead of creating a powerfull political entity, with an army and full
economic responsibility, the EU pseudo-constitution was an attempt to
harness all the European countries into a free trade zone where the
USA was to have the political gains and the Franco-German axis the
(short term) economic ones.

Thank god that 'the people are always 50 years ahead of their governments'

That's a quote from Lenin, and a very usefull one.
