Irving's letter read closely says without saying that he is not a holocuast revisionist of any sort and his only disagreements with Auschwitz are minor points which are also apparently kosher to question among the mainstream historian crowd.

He may think this move is going to sell him more books, but it's going to do the opposite. The revisionist readers have been his backbone for years, and he just kicked them out the door. I am certainly not going to bother seeing him speak again.

Irving just did a fine job as historian with his books.

And he was imprisoned for this.

These are not to be forgotten. :oops:
When you realize that the Holocaust is a LIE, then all of a sudden, ALL your questions, ALL bizarre and strange things, disappear, and ALL things make sense, at last.
