This picture has been floating around in the Internet.

It's made of Adolf Eichmann's SS picture and Mengele's picture in which he is wearing civilian clothes

It pops up quite often in some documentaries and websites.

While the collars tabs are different, the reflectiions on the bill of the cap are exact.
Other than the well known fact that manufactured, staged, & altered photos are everywhere in regards to the 'holocaust' storyline, the question remains, what is to be taken from this 'doctored' photo? Sorry, couldn't resist.

The only Holocaust promotional site I can find who use it is H.E.A.R.T., but there's no way of proving who and when photoshopped this picture and put it on the Internet, could have just been a kid with nothing better to do.
