As speculation grows about a train that has been discovered buried in a tunnel in Poland some people have already decided that whatever is on the train must belong to Jews.

Indeed Himmler sent letters all over ordering Nazi workers to ‘accelerate, accelerate’.

We know that when those deported were gassed, before they were incinerated, Joseph Mengele (the notoriously barbaric Auschwitz physician known as 'the Angel of Death") issued orders for their teeth to be searched for gold.

So when you ask for 10 per cent of that, you have to know where it’s come from. We’re not talking about Indiana Jones. I wouldn’t want people to associate the spiritual quest of the film with one that is so venal and indeed abject".

So who is the mysterious "Tooth puller of Treblinka" refered to in the French report? Has anyone got any idea as to where this testimony is stored?

And of course Mengele makes an appearence too! Personally I think there is more truth in the Indiana Jones character, I have seen him on TV.

Then yet another Jew appears and again he thinks he knows to whom it all belongs;

Jerome Hasler, head of communications and strategy for the Art Recovery Group, told The Telegraph that he hopes Poland will, if gold is found, look to return it to its rightful owners.

"We are still waiting for the facts to be established but we very much hope that it this is a legitimate find.

Not only would this train present great historical significance, but all opportunities to identify and restitute property looted during the Nazi era must be welcomed.

If the find is confirmed, we encourage the Polish authorities to share information about any works of art recovered so that any restitution efforts can begin in earnest".

So it seems it has already been decided as to who owns what and what must be done with it.

I hope the train is empty.

Treblinka closed in October 1943 - so we are told - and the train went missing in 1945, so the connection seems weak.

One source for the teeth pulling story is Chil Rajchman, Treblinka: a Survivor's Memory (London: Maclehose, 2011), 59:

"The corpses in the larger chamber, where death took longer, were horridly deformed, their faces all black as if burned. [diesel soot?] the bodies swollen and blue. the teeth so tightly clenched that it was literally impossible to open them, and to get to the gold crowns we had sometimes to pull out the natural teeth, otherwise the mouth would not open."

See also testimony of Heinrich Matthes cited in Arad's Belzec, Sobibor, Treblinka (91) & the confession of Franz Suchomel. According to Robert Faurisson, it was normal practice to recover gold from the teeth of deceased inmates of camps prior to cremation.

Unidentified "reports", "local folklore" - the usual reliable stuff.

I found this illustrative tidbit in a daily newsfeed on my computer:

In reaction to the finding, the World Jewish Congress said on Friday that any valuables found on the train must be returned to their rightful owners.

"To the extent that any items now being discovered in Poland may have been stolen from Jews before they were sent to death ... it is essential that every measure is taken to return the property to its rightful owners or to their heirs," WJC head Robert Singer said in a statement issued in New York.

Couldn't even wait until this supposed "treasure-train" was actually, technically found to officially lay claim upon any "valuables" to be found therein.

I do not think that Great Aunt Sarahs gold fillings will be of any use to her now.

By the time the Jewish Aid Organisations get their hands on what ever is paid out there will be precious little left to hand on to anyone to whom the property might have originally belonged. All that administration costs you know and all those working in these organisations have lifestyles to support.

The presumtions being made by these organisations are staggering, was it really the case that all and any gold and artwork in Europe was exclusively owned by Jews? How will they be able to seperate the Jewish gold from the Goyim gold? Is there an internationally accepted test for doing so?

One of the first things that occurred when any country was occupied was that the national gold reserves were siezed and shipped to Germany. Then as the war progressed the Germans routinely moved valuables to safe underground locations to avoid the allied carpet bombing.

It would be interesting to see their reactions if say any gold found was the missing Baltic States Gold that vanished in early 1940 or Reichbank gold bars dated say 1938. The wailing and kvetching would be deafening.

According to local folklore, it entered a tunnel in the mountainous Lower Silesian region and never emerged. The tunnel was later closed and its location long forgotten.

A reader in a German on-line paper (Altermedia) wrote that he also just recently lost a train, but later found it under the kitchen table. Well you know, sh.t happens.

As Hannover rightly stated, this is just to keep “The Nazis” alive, what really happened and how we will never know. “The Nazis did it”.

The World Jewish Congress was the main originator of the Holohoax - which was, of course, designed, sold and used for the establisment of the state of Israel - during WW2. And after WW2, in the early 1950's, the WJC - through its president Nahum Goldmann - was the organization that financed the upbuilding of modern Israel with various committees of "reparations" against West Germany and Austria. Consistent with their patent greed about his "gold train".

Reading the OP I got the impression that the Guardian made the holocaust connection but in reading the article and watching their video, I see they didn't.

Nothing official as of now, but Polish authorities are investigating. According to the article, Albert Speer had planned a second Führer-Headquarters in the area of Walbrzych (Waldenburg). Following the war, rumors swirled around about missing trains, the Russians investigated, found nothing, nor did subsequent searchers. But now it appears something has been found, the train 120 to 150 meters long (400 to 500 feet).

The Germans had confiscated Castle Fürstenstein, near Walbrzych, to turn it into the new headquarters. An elaborate tunnel system was build, the purpose not quite clear. And it is suspected that the train is hidden in one of the tunnels, only one third of them discovered.

Is all of it possible? Sure, but we are talking 70 years later, and nothing found so far? The train is supposed to be filled with gold, jewelry and important documents. The latter, if the story pans out, will never see the light of day, because they could not confirm that what never happened.

I had my doubts about this story from the beginning but this takes the biscuit. The claim that it was-not-was and now perhaps engulfed in an inferno or even a holocaust is so far past the mark.

“A lot of dangerous people are interested in finding this train, this could have been a warning from one of them,” another hunter told the website. “This man who called me knows that I know something.”

Contrasting opinions over the amount and credibility of evidence supporting the existence of the train have also become public.

Tomasz Smolarz, the regional governor, said at a press conference on Monday, that on the "evidence presented to the mayor of Walbrzych we cannot confirm the discovery".

He added that he had only seen a few pages of “illegible maps that were of little value”.

Roman Szelemej, mayor of Walbrzych, said he remained sceptical over claims of the train’s discovery.

As suspected, there is no such train, period.

They do mix in the typical comic book, childish drama of a "mysterious armed men", a 'poisoned dog', "dangerous people", and 'tapped phones'.

We have not, will not see this laughable "gold train". The promoters of this sort of nonsense continue to make fools of themselves.

This is very similar to the Japanese Gold that is said to have been buried across the Philippines by the retreating Japanese army. I lived in the Philippines for several years up until end of 2011 and met several guys who were convinced they knew where this 'gold' was buried and had 'proof'. They would chat to me, as they thought I might be a sensible kind of chap. They had reams of papers and official documents that backed their claims but needless to say the gold never ever appeared!

As for the train story can you really imagine that those who knew of its existence would keep it quiet and never go there for a little dip for seventy years? What a load of tosh.

If the train does exist it will be found stripped bare or contain little of value.

As mentioned here earlier this is all about the holocaust and jewish wealth they claim was looted. We are always reminded by this kind of story that those jews of europe were sooooo rich, when in fact very few were, as in the real world today. Most jews were peasants who scratched a living as evidenced by the film 'The Wandering Jew'.

This is getting curiouser and curiouser. I also never really believed this yarn, after all, loosing a whole train is hard. They claim the train was driven (is that the right word?) into the tunnel, and then the entrance was blown to conceal it. Why? Also, what about the tracks, even if they were removed, tell tale signs would remain. If this train exists, it would have been found long ago.

Its called promoting “The Holocaust”.
