Former Auschwitz medic found unfit to be transported to trial
February 29, 2016
NEUBRANDENBURG, Germany -- The trial of a former SS medic on 3,681 counts of accessory to murder for allegedly helping the Nazis' Auschwitz death camp function appeared close to collapse Monday, after a doctor found the 95-year-old unfit to be transported to the court.
Presiding Judge Klaus Kabisch told the Neubrandenburg state court Monday that proceedings couldn't begin after a doctor on the weekend found Hubert Zafke was suffering from stress and high blood pressure, and had suicidal thoughts.
Kabisch said Zafke had told the doctor "I can't take it anymore, I'm at my end," and that "I want to be with mother." The judge said the latter was a reference to Zafke's wife, who died in 2011.
The trial's opening was postponed until the next session on March 14.
Prosecutors allege that Zafke's unit was involved in putting gas into gas chambers to kill Jews and others, screening blood and other samples from hospitalized women prisoners, and otherwise helping the camp run by treating SS guard personnel.
They say the unit was also involved in auxiliary guard duties.
Zafke's attorney insists his client was just a medic who did nothing criminal at Auschwitz.
The trial is one of several in recent years to arise from a shift in German legal thinking. Prosecutors have successfully argued that since Nazi death camps' entire purpose was to murder Jews and others, helping the camp run in any manner makes one an accessory to those murders.
The charges against Zafke stem from a one-month period in 1944 and involve the deaths of Jews who arrived in 14 transports, including one that brought Anne Frank and her family to the camp. Frank died later at Bergen-Belsen.
Zafke was initially found unfit for trial by the court in Neubrandenburg, north of Berlin, but an appeals court overruled that after more medical exams, saying the retired farmer could stand trial so long as sessions were limited to two hours at a time.
Ahead of the trial, prosecutors and attorneys representing Jewish Auschwitz survivors who have joined the trial as co-plaintiffs, as allowed under German law, accused the Neubrandenburg judges of bias, but a motion to have them replaced was rejected.
Cornelius Nestler, who represents two brothers from Colorado who survived Auschwitz as young boys but lost both their parents, said his feelings were reinforced by the court's decision to postpone the trial based on the assessment of a doctor called by Zafke's children on Saturday, while there were two doctors in the court prepared to assess him.
"This court over the last months have shown that it is not interested in this going to trial at all," he said.
Both defence and prosecution agreed that before the next session, Zafke will be assessed the same morning by court-appointed experts.

Auschwitz Medic's Mass Murder Trial Resumes After Delays
12 September 2016
Germany begins its fourth attempt to put a former Auschwitz medic on trial on 3,681 charges of accessory to murder.
The mass murder trial of a former SS medic who served at the Auschwitz death camp has got under way once again following a string of delays.
It is the fourth time Germany has attempted to put 95-year-old Hubert Zafke on trial.
His ill health has repeatedly forced proceedings to be postponed.
Mr Zafke is charged with 3,681 counts of accessory to murder at the Nazi death camp.
He was pushed into Neubrandenburg state court in a wheelchair on Monday, holding a wooden cane in his hand.
Hearings have repeatedly been postponed due to Mr Zafke's poor health
According to Germany's dpa news agency, he made no comment after the charges against him were read out.
His attorney argues he did nothing criminal.
The trial, initially set to begin in February, was postponed by presiding Judge Klaus Kabisch on three occasions after a doctor's assessment found Mr Zafke was not well enough to participate.
It comes three months after a former Auschwitz guard was jailed for five years for complicity in 170,000 murders at the Nazi death camp.
Reinhold Hanning, 94, served at the camp in Poland during the Second World War between January 1942 and June 1944.

Re: 95 year old former medic at Auschwitz to stand trial
I read about this situation yesterday. My immediate thought was - here we go again, another week another courtroom.
The first time I heard of this persecution of old people claimed to have been implicated in tens of thousands of holocaust deaths was poor old John Demjanjuk. I noticed straight away in his case that they were hounding him, bullying him and making the story fit his, or the supposed Demjanjuk, their own nasty agenda. They couldn't get him on one accusation so they waited and charged him for another crime at another camp. Eventually they killed him.
In this case the man was in Auschwitz for a few weeks only. He was a medic, I don't think that's in doubt. There were hospital facilities in the camp, that fact is not in doubt. Yet they invent fantasies about him dropping HCN into the gas chamber. Where do these stories come from? Lying 'witnesses that's where. This cannot be proven but then again doesn't have to as the 'Common Plan' will take care of truth legal process.

Re: 95 year old former medic at Auschwitz to stand trial
It's invocation of Holocaust imagery already implanted in the public's mind. The court actors will act accordingly and most likely not dare to question the "testimony" wherever it comes from. At the moment it's a win-win situation for the Holocaust industry.
If any lawyer or judge doesn't play along and raises doubt on things, they then could make an example of him or her.
But I think they also may be overplaying their hand. Pushing the cart to far that it falls down the cliff. The hypocrisy and disproportionality with present real crimes is all too obvious. Let's hope some more bright observers can see that as well. But they may need some help in this.

The article says it's the same transport Ann Frank and her family were on. Ann and her sister were transferred out while the father and mother were for sure not gassed. Otto was alive and her mother died of starvation.

As an aside, what proof is there that AF's mother, Edith Frank, "died of starvation"? It's known that Jews were given a choice to stay at Auschwitz or leave with the SS, most chose to leave with the SS. Was starvation the norm for those who stayed?

Very true there is no proof. I guess that further demonstrates that they seem to make up facts how ever they feel. But I think if this was not towards the end of the war they would have assumed Ann and her sister to have been selected for gassing when they were in fact at another camp and died there.
Re: 95 year old former medic at Auschwitz to stand trial
The Biography of the Franks including Anne Frank, her sister and her father actually all contradict the Holocaust narrative. They weren't gassed, just deported, they died of (Allied induced) disease, while the father was treated in a camp for sickness at the expense of the German taxpayer. A fact he doesn't seem to be very grateful for.
Meanwhile they skip all the historic and political reasons for the deportation and internment of Jews, insisting that it was "irrational hate and racism" that were the sole motivations. And of course they turned the whole thing of the Anne-Frank diary, regardless of authenticity. in an emotional sop story. That's a racket that worked especially well, since some school administrations did make it prescribed reading for middle school kids and even, if it's not mandatory, it's a goal being pushed for and probably selling millions of copies to gullible teenagers. Now if that's not the perfect cultural icon dissemination strategy, I don't know what is.

Those photos are not from the Liberation of Auschwitz ,( there are no such photos ) but where taken a month later.
Kindly bring us testimony of at least one man ( out of 60,000 ) that say they where given a choice to say and was not on sick bay.
Out of the 60,000 that where evacuated about 15,000 where Poles and Russians. Please explain to us , why they would rather stay prisoners and shipped to Germany. Rather than be set free in their own countries ?

Hannover wrote:It’s quite clear that the inmates of the Auschwitz complex were given a choice to stay and wait for the Russians to arrive, or leave with the retreating SS. Primo Levi indicates this when he states that after having neen notified that the Germans were in fact leaving Auschwitz, two ill Hungarian inmates made the decision to go with the SS.It was obvious that they were afraid to stay with the patients and were **deciding** to go with the healthy ones.
‘Survival In Auschwitz’ and the Reawakening, - two memoirs’, Summit Books, 1986, ISBN 0-671-60541-0, p.154
Primo Levi, himself, decided to stay. One cannot 'decide' unless there is a choice.
And I thought the Hungarian Jews were gassed? But wait, here's two ill Hungarian Jews who left with the SS.
Friedrich Paul Berg's incites:The fact that hundreds of thousands of Jews preferred the company of Nazis to Soviet "liberation" is indeed supported by "survivor's" accounts including the Schindler List story. One interesting supporting story is that of the famous Primo Levi who achieved world notoriety for his classic "Survival in Auschwitz."
In the Collier Books version paperback version page 140 he explains why he CHOSE to stay in Auschwitz rather than go west with supposedly the greatest murderers of Jews in the history of the universe. "It was not a question of reasoning: I would probably also have followed the instinct of the flock if I had not felt so weak; fear is supremely contagious, and its immediate reaction is to make one try to run away." The "fear" in this case is clearly fear of the Russians.
And here's Elie Wiesel. Wiesel’s exact words in “Night” are (p. 78 ):The choice was in our hands. For once we could decide our fate for
ourselves. We could both stay in the hospital, where I could, thanks to my doctor, get him [the father] entered as a patient or nurse. Or else we could follow the others. ‘Well, what shall we do, father?’ He was silent. ‘Let’s be evacuated with the others,’ I told him.”

For at least 3 reasons:
1) Because the Germans were not scary Jew eaters as those portrayed in Zio-twHistory for various political purposes.
2) Because many Jews hated life in Eastern Europe.
3) Because falling into Anglo-American hands was predictably the best way to reach the shores of Palestine, America and British countries.

The pictures you posted are from the film " liberation pf Auschwitz " was taken a month after the liberation - and is a reconstruction. The Russians had no cameras when they entered Auschwitz.

But hey, Revisionists are just the messengers, the absurd impossibility of the laughable 'holocaust' storyline is the message.

The pictures are dated to that day by the promoters of storyline, and that's a big problem for your bizarre position.
The photos are very obvious testimony to the large numbers of healthy Jews that chose to stay behind, deal with it. Clearly they are not in the hospital.
Bingo! The Germans provided a hospital for Jews that they were supposedly 'exterminating'. Oops!

And of course, according the storyline you say you believe in, none of these thousands of Jews should have been alive, period.
After all, the claim is that there was a German policy of 'killing every Jew they could get their hands on'. But there we are, thousands of Jews left behind, perfectly safe and free to tell the world about the alleged German crimes. Oh those silly Germans.
