Thanks. I apologize again, and I have something new to show:

Image

I happened to see, that Codoh already has a logo rofl. So I used it of course. As Justicia didnt convince everyone, I left her out this time aswell as all the other text.

Very plain, very simple.

Okay, I dealt with the upper part of the website.

Image sizes or how to arrange them is debateable of course.
In general, I find there´s too much displayed before the actual forum´s sections are displayed. Is it possible to drag some stuff (like the counter, the newest posts or such (maybe even the dresden pic)) below the threads sections? Its a forums, so scolling down 1 full screen to see the threads finally is a bit irritating...

If I had to do this forums right from scratch, Id keep the Header graphics on top of course, then the FAQ, SEARCH, MEMBERLIST... thingy,
then the actual forums sections, and below these, Id go for the Free Zundel,... counter...dresden...counter... graphics.
Maybe that´s too extreme, best would be, if the webmaster played around a bit what fits best. But Id really keep only necessary/important stuff above the forums sections.
Kind regards, Halo.

I like your proposals.
I completely share your opinion on the issue of the Dresden picture. Let's not forget that British and Americans should not be held responsible for the bombing of Dresden any more than Germans for the atrocities of certain army units.

Absolutely. It's a nuisance.

I'll be in discussions with our Webmaster soon. We're always open to improvement.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Mr. Braun, at least this newcomer is being constructive and offers concrete help to the forum, instead of, for example, crossposting useless polemic reflections on various forums.

What revisionism needs now are constructive people willing to do serious work (translations, multimedia presentations &c) and/or contribute to further research, rather than political activists and demagogues wih little serious knowledge (not to say that you cannot be both politically opinionated and a good revisionist - it's just that some people lack a sensitivity for what Rudolf calls the "eros of understanding").

I, for one, agree with Halo's points.

Two quick notes:

1) The Dresden choice as emblematic of the whole purpose of the forum, has always seemed to me singularly narrow and entirely inappropriate. It makes it look as if the purpose of the forum were to lay "other holocausts" at the feet of the Western Allies -- but not the Soviets or the Jews, BTW -- when in fact its main purpose should be, in my modest opinion, to discuss and divulge the truth about the capitalized "Holocaust," i.e. the new world-class religion of the "6 million + gas chambers + extermination intent" that by now shapes our collective lives in the West and aims at global World censorship at the behest of Israel. This is not because the "Holocaust" hoax is unique, but because it is uniquely false in its dimension and ambition. Of course, such topics as the revisionist examination of such alleged events as those at Nanking (probably mostly false) or Dresden (probably mostly true) should be entirely within the scope, as should the revisionist examination of historical claims, war and religion in general. But that should not distract us from the main purpose.

2) I like very much the improvements of the CODOH main portal design at http://www.codoh.com/ , with a single minus point: the recent adaptation of the two Os into handcuffs, that seems to me a bit unclear and not very aesthetic (the chain links too small etc.). I think the handcuffs should go. The rest looks great.

Justitia doesn't move me much. Veritas would.

Er, the naked girl par excellence would be even better than a partly dressed matron playing piñatas sword in hand...

Also, perhaps more revealing of the basic purpose of revisionism (at least as I see it).

Small remark: one of the quotes that rolls into view is wrongly attributed: "I may not agree with what you say but I'll fight to the death to defend your right to say it" is often attributed to Voltaire, but this is probably wrong, even though it does refer to Voltaire's attitude. See:

Veritas for me, too. Divine Truth. :)
When you realize that the Holocaust is a LIE, then all of a sudden, ALL your questions, ALL bizarre and strange things, disappear, and ALL things make sense, at last.

Yes, that sounds great. And Libertas too: Ελευθερία ή θάνατος!

"I am happy to declare myself a dedicated revisionist. It is an expression of my love of truth, justice and freedom," remember?

Also a place in our hearts for Our Lady the Blessed Virgin. Did you know there is a slightly crazy countryman of yours who actually met her in the bus? See here and here. You just gotta love that site at first sight.

I like the veritas idea very much, if you would help me find some good pics of her (searching good pics is always 50% of the actual work lol.)

@Kostas: Just read your introduction post to this forums: Really inspiring.

Not easy at all!

A few searches brought these in:

-- Too weird (looks like something out of an Australian soccer calendar):
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File: ... rsburg.jpg

-- Too academic:
http://artiskey.blogspot.com/2008/08/truth.html

-- Too melodramatic:
http://weblogs.clarin.com/antilogicas/a ... onsan.html

-- Too confusing (great gal, but "karmic board" my arse!):
http://www.templeofthepresence.org/athena.htm

-- Too sadistic:
http://www.nicefunnyjokes.com/images/vi ... gijlmq.jpg

-- Perhaps best but not really appropriate:
http://artchive.com/artchive/B/bernini/ ... h.jpg.html

Why not? Well, you know what? The thought has dawned on me that people have grown so unaccustomed to Ms. Truth they won't even recognize her mirror attribute. Tell you what. I'll pack my stuff and go on a dream quest after her & her symbols. If I find her, I'll report here tomorrow.

You're confounding Pallas Athena (Minerva) with Veritas.
