Franciszek Piper quote

Postby Anders » 8 years 10 months ago (Wed Jan 26, 2011 5:17 pm)

I'm looking for a quote that I once saw and cannot find now. It was a Francis Pieper quote saying something like - Only 1.1 million people died at auschwitz and that even this figure will be reduced.

Anyone know the exact quote and a source?

Veritas? Anyone?

Thanks.

One more question

According to the orthodox 'Holocaust' historians, the Germans set up six 'extermination camps' in Poland where Jews were systematically murdered in gas chambers.

http://www.revisionisthistory.org/majdanek.html

If the orthodox "historians" are lying about Belzec, Chelmno, Majdanek, Sobibor and Treblinka (and they are), and If It's a historical fact (and it is) that not so much as one single person has ever been proven to have died by means of poison gas in a homicidal gas chamber at Belzec, Chelmno, Majdanek, Sobibor and Treblinka, then why should I believe the orthodox "historians" physically impossible tall tales about people being gassed at Auschwitz?

Yes Trevor, that is the man and that is the figure - thank you very much for your help. But I seem to recall part of the quote him stating his belief that the figure would still probably end up lower. I wish I could be more specific, but that is all I remember. Of course I could have been mistaken, but...? I'll keep looking and thanks again Trevor.

Auschwitz death toll was reduced from about 4 million to about 1 million in 1990. Some go even lower:

Reitlinger, Gerald. The Final Solution: The Attempt to Exterminate the Jews of Europe, 1939-1945. South Brunswick: T. Yoseloff, 1968, p. 500.
(0.8 to 0.9 million)

However, in the German translation J.-C. Pressac sets the number of deaths at Auschwitz at 630,000 to 710,000 — in round numbers — of which, he indicates, 470,000 to 550,000 were Jewish gassing victims. (Die Crematorien ..., p. 202).

(BTW Anders you should correct the title of you thread from Francis Pieper to Franciszek Piper because they are two different individuals.Francis Pieper was a theologian who died in 1931 and he has nothing to do with all this).

Nizkor owned by B'nai B'rith has this on their website:

“According to Dr. Piper the best estimates for the number of prisoners transferred from Auschwitz between 1940-45 was 212,820; the number released: 1,500; escaped: 500; and the number liberated by the Soviets at 8,000”

So 1500 inmates were released and 500 escaped from the death camp where they allegedly performed the top-secret final solution.

Hoess concerning the top secret final solution performed in Auschwitz:

DR. KAUFFMANN: During that conference did Himmler tell you that this planned action had to be treated as a secret Reich matter?
HOESS: Yes. He stressed that point. He told me that I was not even allowed to say anything about it to my immediate superior Gruppenfáhrer Glácks. This conference concerned the two of us only and I was to observe the strictest secrecy.”

Not even mention that the Cremas with alleged gas chambers in Auschwitz/Birkenau were visible from the inmates barracks and as you can see on these photos from 1944

the view was not even obstructed by a non-transparent fence or anything.

Auschwitz death toll was reduced from about 4 million to about 1 million in 1990. Some go even lower

So what is the truth? What is the true number of people who died at Auschwitz?

Fritjof Meyer says 1/2 million. But I've seen that some go even lower than that.

I've seen the figure of 100 to 150 thousand. Who could I cite for such a figure? What research could I cite?

Who has done the most up-to-date, comprehensive and authoritative research on Auschwitz and what numbers have they come up with?

I think that number refer to the Death Registry Volumes. The Auschwitz Death Registry Volumes are a meticulous list of all registered prisoners who died in Auschwitz. It was confiscated by the Red Army in 1945 when they arrived to Auschwitz and it was released in 1989 from the Soviet archives.

“The Death Books consist of 46 volumes in which the Politische Abteilung (camp Gestapo) noted the deaths of approximately 69 thousand registered prisoners between July 29, 1941, and December 31, 1943.
It should also be remembered that the information from the Death Books omits seven months of 1940 and the first half of 1941, when the prisoners were almost exclusively Polish”.

http://en.auschwitz.org.pl/m/index.php? ... 9&Itemid=8

The number of registered prisoners in Auschwitz was:

8000 in 1940
26 500 in 1941
89.5000 in 1942
152 000 in 1943
114.500 in 1944

There were in total about 400 000 prisoner registered in Auschwitz. Many thousands were transferred to other camps.

Since the whole year 1944 is missing in the Death Volumes, it seems logical to add several thousands (for the missing figures from 1944)
69 thousand are in the Volumes plus the figures from 1944 (have to be estimated) and you get a number around or over 100 thousand.

Every registered prisoner who died was issued a death certificate.

The death certificates contain the following fields:
· Certificate no.
· date of issue
· first and last names
· denomination
· place of residence
· date of death, time of death, place of death – always Kasernestrasse Auschwitz (Barracks Street, Auschwitz), not the camp (!)
· date and place of birth
· father’s first and last names
· mother’s first and last names
· spouse’s first and last name
· pronouncing physician
· date
· signature
· reason of death (fictitious)

The extermination story says that:
Franciszek Piper, head of the Historical Research Department and author of the book How Many People Died in Auschwitz, estimates that slightly over 900,000 people were exterminated immediately after arrival, without being registered.
