Anti Free Speech get together in Montreal

Postby Hannover » 1 decade 5 years ago (Wed Mar 10, 2004 12:55 pm)

The enemies of free speech are at it again as they circle the wagons in Montreal and contemplate ways to to plug up the bursting dam of 'holocau$t' fraud. Note the likes of hate mongerer Daniel (I use fake photos) Goldhagen; as well as judeo-supremacist Deborah Lipstadt. Then we have Rabbi Cooper, associate dean...what a joke, from the Wiesenthal (we use fake photos & displays too) Center.

No doubt all are paid handsomely.

excerpt:
In July of last year, an Australian Federal Court issued a landmark decision ordering Dr. Frederick Toben, head of the Adelaide Institute, to remove any material from his organization's website, which suggested that the Holocaust had not occurred or that there had not been any gas chambers at Auschwitz. The court also said that Toben must delete any material considered likely to "offend, insult, humiliate and intimidate" Australian Jews.

Nevertheless, a recent check of Toben's website found that the front page stated, "Why are we forced to believe in the 'Holocaust'? I don't want to believe in the 'Holocaust'! Why is it a crime not to believe in the 'Holocaust'? Why is it a crime to say the 'Holocaust' never happened?"

Montreal to Host Anti-Semitism Conference

Preparations are gearing up for a major international conference on anti-Semitism that is slated to be held next week in Montreal.

Entitled "Global Dimensions of Contemporary Anti-Semitism", the conference is being organized jointly by the Quebec-Israel Committee, the Canadian Institute for Jewish Research and the Canadian Jewish Congress, and will run from March 14 to 16.

Among those scheduled to take part are authors Daniel Goldhagen and Deborah Lipstadt, Harvard University Professor Ruth Wisse and Rabbi Abraham Cooper, associate dean of the Simon Wiesenthal Center. Minister for Jerusalem and Diaspora Affairs Natan Sharansky is scheduled to deliver the opening address.

The conference plans to address a number of issues, including rising anti-Semitism in Europe, Holocaust denial, Islamist anti-Semitism and anti-Zionism on college campuses. For further information, visit www.antisemitism-conference.ca.

Scottish Jews Counter Media Bias

Jewish and Christian supporters of Israel gathered recently at a Glasgow synagogue to discuss ways to combat media bias against the Jewish state, the UK Jewish Telegraph reports.

At a meeting held at the Newton Mearns Synagogue, speakers from several organizations discussed the nature and extent of the problem and the means with which to counter it. They also urged those in attendance to become active in defending Israel in the press.

"The time to respond is now," Terry Mendoza, of Fair Reporting, told the audience. "If you feel something is one-sided, then do something about it."

"Watch, listen and learn," said Raymond Mann of Scottish Friends of Israel. "Don't put your analytical skills aside" when assessing coverage of Israel in newspapers and on television, he said.

A spokesman for Christian Action for Israel, one of 30 pro-Israel Christian groups in Great Britain, outlined his organization's efforts and pledged that they would support Israel and the Jewish people and would work to expose bias in the media.

Organizers told the paper they hope to build on the event's success by working to pool resources and better coordinate their efforts. Mickey Green of the Media Response Group said: "What has emerged is that there are a number of individuals and disparate groups who have no established connections with each other and who would welcome the opportunity to link efforts and maintain contact with one another."

As a result, Green said, steps would be taken such as creating a mailing list to keep people informed about the issues.

Australian Jews Take On Holocaust Denier

Leaders of Australian Jewry are considering taking legal action against a local Holocaust denier after his apparent breach of a court order against him, the Australian Jewish News reports.

As a result, leaders of the Executive Council of Australian Jewry along with the New South Wales Jewish Board of Deputies are looking into "whether it amounts to a breach of the orders already made", or whether "separate proceedings" should be launched, board president and senior counsel Stephen Rothman told the paper.
If it can't happen as alleged, then it didn't.

Heh, I didn't know there were Christian supporters of Zionism in Glasgow.. WOW... They can't seem to accept criticism of any sort. If they are telling the truth about the "holocaust", why feel the need to silence people? Of course, of course, now I remember, it's anti-semetic...

Once I saw a cartoon about this that showed a blank white space, and under it was written, "This is the picture of a homicidal gas chamber. If you cannot see it, this is because you are an anti-semite."

And they continue on their crusade of silencing the masses...

I would challenge them to let people speak up their mind - but they are too scared of challenges. It might expose their lies, as some of it already has. :D

Its interesting that the believers would say things like:

"The time to respond is now,"
"If you feel something is one-sided, then do something about it."
"Watch, listen and learn,"
"Don't put your analytical skills aside"
"What has emerged is that there are a number of individuals and disparate groups who have no established connections with each other and who would welcome the opportunity to link efforts and maintain contact with one another."

They almost sound like revisionists.

Hardly.

For judeo-supremacist Zionists to claim that current events in the media are one sided is like a mugger of the blind yelling for help. Chutzpah indeed.

They rarely use real analytical skills as they believe in absurd allegations which defy laws of science, subscribe to illogical methodology, and believe in propaganda which is unsupported by evidence.

It also needs to be mentioned that they support censorship laws which imprison and fine anyone who scrutinizes their ridiculous claims.

Oh please....disparate groups with no connection to each other? Except for religion, ethicity, and the almighty $.

Like Revisionists? Not a chance. We apply science and logic; we welcome debate, they censor it.

Perhaps Sushicotto is willing to debate some specific points of the so called 'holocaust' that he/she believes in, here at this Forum. We encourage Sushicotto to do so.

Exactly. They are yet to answer the question as to WHY anyone who KNOWS they are right would try to silence the other party rather than disqualify their claims through discussion.

No "holocaust" believer has been able to answer that question; and if they do answer it, they claim that to talk about the possibility of it not having happened would create "anti-semetism" and probably result in physical harm and antagonism towards Jews. This is the biggest slippery slope fallacy I've ever come across.

That would be impossible as I have yet to find any element of the holocaust believable!

I might have been misunderstood, I did not mean to imply that revisionists are like Hoax believers. In my previous post, I simply highlighted statements that would normally be made by revisionists (e.g., "Don't put your analytical skills aside”). I do realize that it is complete BS for an active believer to make those statements. A more appropriate statement from them would be something like “Analyze nothing, but accept everything, or else…”

It reminds me of the comparison of revisionists with flat-earth believers that is occasionally made. In fact, the hoax believers or more analogous to the flat-earth believers. Any intelligent debate would clearly show the earth to be round, only flat-earth believers would want to prevent debate. And they would probably have museums showing countless photos of horizons “proving” that the earth is flat.

It also reminds me of when Bush calls Sharon “a man of peace”. Once again, it’s the opposite of the truth.

Cheers,

Sushicotto

==============================================

The one thing that should always be stressed is for the most part, aside from government and media lackeys, the only supporters the Holocaust/Israel (no matter what) community has are Christians. Then how many Christians really go out of their way to bellow against Holocaust revisionists and for the Jewish state?

When it comes to bellowing it always has to be the Holocaust community that leads the chorus and the chorus is few.

For the most part the Holocaust community is in it all by their little lonesomes.
