Poland has recently passed a law that makes it illegal to claim that the Polish Nation was in some fashion responsible for the holocaust. Israel has protested against this law claiming that it represents Holocaust denial.
Thus, the debate about turning historical topics into matters of legal persecution has been raging.
Now, Shimon Stein, former Israeli embassador to Berlin, and Moshe Zimmermann ist Professor emeritus of the Hebreu University of Jerusalem have published a bizarre piece of double think in the prestigious leftist weekly Newspaper "die Zeit".
They openly state that the state should not legislate history. However with one exception. Holocaust denial because it is different from other thought crime laws about history because holocaust denial is an immediate threat to Jewish lives.

Polish Holocaust laws
If liberty means anything at all, it means the right to tell people what they do not want to hear.

Sounds like standard 'chosen people' exceptionalism
It's easier to fool people than to convince them that they have been fooled

That rates an LOL, as the the only history that has been legislated is the holohoax. Pure Orwell.

The holocaust narrative is falling apart. Anybody who thinks this is wishful thinking can feel free to have a glance at the like/dislike bar, or even better yet, the comment section:

If youtube gives us a glimpse of (the at least internet-using) current generation, the tide is turning. Anyone still doubting can again, take a glance at the likes on all those comments.

I agree this is very hopeful and promising. I have conversations with young people from time to time and I say the youth are less willing to blindly accept the official holocaust narrative as Gospel.

Blimey I just watched this video and cannot believe the, well earned, abuse this guy and his film are getting. He is as slimy as they come and the argument he makes is simply stupid.
As I said before this is just the typical John Demjanuk strategy. Accuse accuse accuse and hopefully some shit will stick. The truth simply doesn't matter.
