Will the US Ban on Free Speech Critical of the "holocaust" Narrative Hold Up?

Postby Hannover » 8 months 3 weeks ago (Sat Dec 28, 2019 10:00 pm)

We know what much of Europe has done * and what the UN wants to do .... ban speech which is critical of the 'holocaust' narrative.

There is in the US a recent Executive Order which requires enforcement against so called "anti-semitism' on campuses, which includes stopping 'holocaust denial' and mandating it's definition as given by the International Holocaust Alliance.

So, will such an attempt hold up in courts where it will certainly be tested?
Also, as I believe, will it then serve to actually grow the Revisionist movement and further expose the impossible 'holocaust' story line?

Below is where free speech on the truly impossible "holocaust" storyline is illegal, violators go to prison for Thought Crimes. In all western countries, persecution, harassment, violent attacks & threats are the order of the day against those who engage in free speech about the impossible claims within it.
Those are obvious admissions that the storyline doesn't stand up to scientific, logical, & rational scrutiny.

There has already been a case filed over this new law. Not about the H though.

Columbia University student first to file anti-Semitism complaint under Trump order

By Rachel Frazin - 12/26/19 04:46 PM EST

A student at Columbia University has filed a complaint with the Department of Education alleging anti-Semitism on campus, with lawyers representing him saying he is the first to do so under a new executive order from President Trump.
...
A redacted version of the complaint viewed by The Hill accuses one professor of pointing at Karten and yelling, “Don’t believe a word he is saying. He is Mossad,” referring to Israel’s intelligence agency.
...
A group called Palestine Legal condemned the complaint in a statement, calling it an attack on free speech.

“Israel proxy groups predictably fired off an egregious attack on campus free speech within a week of Trump’s anti-Palestinian executive order to chill advocacy for Palestinian rights,” said senior staff attorney Radhika Sainath.

I wonder what will happen. Imprisonment? Kicked out of the school?

Well, not my point, but certainly important for free speech and to break down the privileged status of Jews.

It's the ban on free speech concerning the fake 'holocaust' which, when contested, will make enormous waves.
