Ernst Zundel is in solitary 23 hrs. and 45mins. a day!!!!

The average Canadian is not even aware that Ernst is in jail, and most wouldn't care anyway. Folks, do you need any more proof of a conspiracy unfolding before your very eyes? New "anti-terrorist" legislation is allowing for the inhumane treatment of Ernst Zundel. First they come for the intelligentsia, people like Ernst... who's next???

What proof do I have? It comes straight from the mouth of Ernst himself.
No pillow for his first 100 days of solitary. Often, no shower for 5 days.
No gym, light left in 24/7.....all this because he knows the truth.

To make it brief, Zundel was strong-armed with a raid on his house for missing a citizenship hearing. This is almost unheard of in America.

A person applying for spousal citizenship is almost never turned-down.

Zundel had shown-up for other hearings faithfully. His missing the hearing was because of bad communication by his lawyers. He was rushed out of the country after being imprisoned. There's clear legal/constitutional grounds for deliberate government denial of due process.

The immigration officer who processed Zundel had a large Israeli flag behind his desk. This alone is legal grounds for a violation of outside government influence on US actions. Check it out, the Constitution and government are very clear on this. Walker was arrested similarly. This alone should invalidate the case against Zundel and require his return to the US for review.

A clear breach of Constitution and government has occurred here. Those who run our government should check out exactly what those protections were designed for and look at what they have done with Zundel...

As a US citizen I demand (not request) that the US answer this. It's really their move. They'll be deciding whether we still have a Constitution or not...

(I'm holding my breath for the state cable media coverage of this)

It's important to note that the worst blatant breach of US protections was sending Zundel back to Canada where he faced deportation to Germany where he would be jailed.

As with Cuban exiles, or any other exile facing punishment in their home country for political dissent or speaking against the government, those who face certain jailing for thought crimes are automatically given special consideration. One thing guaranteed by US procedures is that they will never be sent back to any country that will punish them for free speech violations.


Yet, unbelievably, Zundel has been denied this key protection that defines our government. Therefore it can accurately be said that bias in favor of the flag present at the decision (behind the Immigration officer at his desk) now represents the first alteration of this American right. The first deliberate erosion of this inalienable right.

Free Speech is now illegal in the US. This was done in favor of a government and cause other than that of the US. Several key US basic protections were bypassed here. The Israeli flag behind the desk would have been an AUTOMATIC case for governmental misconduct and improper (illegal) influence. Now it is ignored - just like the Constitution...
